Refunds and Exchange Policy
Unfortunately due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on our mink lashes.
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within seven days with photographic evidence of the damaged/ faulty item along with your order number.
Once we receive photographic evidence, we would then issue you with a refund.
If your order is missing, please contact us if you have not received your order within 5 days and we would carry out a full investigation.
